Benefits Of Choosing A Vaporizer Over A Humidifier
While suffering from cold we feel congested and stuffy. Nowadays, there are various vaporizers and humidifiers available in the market which relieve from cold and cough. Now, there may be confusion about the functioning and effectiveness of both vaporizer and the humidifier. Basically, humidifier is an electrical machine which produces extra moisture and humidity in the surroundings. Sinus congestion can also be alleviated by the use of humidifier which is known to increase the level of moisture in the air. Humidifiers are further classified as warm mist and cool mist humidifiers. Cool mist humidifiers uses cool water and generates fine mist in the room. On the other hand, warm mist humidifier is equipped with a heating element.
A Vaporizer differs from a humidifier in its functioning. Generally, both of them produce extra moisture into the room. The difference lies here is that a vaporizer actually boils the water before releasing the vapors into the atmosphere whereas, a humidifier does not boils the water. Therefore, the vapors expelled by the vaporizer sometimes, resembles steam. In a humidifier, there is risk of spreading bacteria into the air. Due to the boiling action of a vaporizer, the risk of expelling bacteria and mould into the air is eliminated as it kills any of them.
